You will work closely with company leadership, field personnel, general contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes initiative, pays attention to detail, and wants to develop a long-term career in construction. Key ResponsibilitiesEstimating & Preconstruction Review civil construction plans, specifications, and bid documents. Assist in preparing cost estimates for labor, equipment, materials, trucking, and subcontracted work. Obtain and organize pricing from material suppliers, subcontractors, and trucking companies. Assist in preparing bid proposals and reviewing project requirements. Maintain organized estimating files, bid records, and cost information. Visit project sites as needed to understand existing conditions and project scope. Assist with identifying potential risks, scope gaps, and opportunities to improve project pricing. Project Engineering & Management Assist with coordinating projects from award through completion. Help prepare project schedules, procurement plans, and material orders. We are willing to train the right person who demonstrates the right attitude, work ethic, and potential. As you gain experience, you will have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility for preparing bids, managing project budgets, coordinating field operations, and overseeing projects from start to finish.
