Facilities & Maintenance Technician (Full-Time) We are hiring in both our Auburn Hills and Novi locations About The HUB Stadium The HUB Stadium is a 30,000+ sq. ft. multi-attraction entertainment venue featuring axe throwing, football bowling, mega darts, event spaces, and full-service restaurants. We're looking for a hands-on, motivated Maintenance Technician to help keep our venue in top condition. This position ensures daily operations run smoothly through proactive maintenance, facility upkeep, and repair work. Thehubstadium.com Position Overview This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, can solve problems on the spot, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You'll handle everything from preventative maintenance to assisting with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks. Key Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repair work throughout the facilities (carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, etc.) Assist with preventative maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan. Diagnose and troubleshoot facility issues quickly and efficiently. Coordinate with management on maintenance priorities, project planning, and timelines. Support event setups, furniture moves, and minor construction tasks as needed. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold company safety standards. Ensure work is completed in a timely and professional manner across both venues. Qualifications Previous experience in maintenance Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and light construction. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. Professional demeanor and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Capable of lifting 50+ lbs. unassisted and performing tasks that require bending, kneeling, or climbing ladders. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. Schedule & Work Environment Full-time position with flexibility for very occasional nights or weekends depending on venue needs. 8-hour shifts typically Monday-Friday.
