Job Description Support Project Managers through all phases of commercial construction projects Assist with project documentation, coordination, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and project administration BUT want you to run projects most of all Gain hands-on exposure managing projects with increasing responsibility, supervision, & mentorship from your PM Work closely alongside experienced PMs and project teams in a highly collaborative environment Learn the business from start to finish while preparing to lead projects of your own MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred Experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar project support role within commercial construction Experience with tenant improvements, renovations, or interior build-outs is preferred Familiarity with construction documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project scheduling Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn Motivated to grow into a Project Manager role through hands-on mentorship and increased responsibility What's on Offer Clear career path to Project Manager with structured mentorship and hands-on development.
