(A1), a trusted and well-established small business in the Raleigh-Durham (RTP) market, North Carolina, is searching for talented professionals to join our leadership team. For over 34 years, A1 has been a leader in civil, geotechnical, environmental, and construction engineering services. We are now seeking senior engineers and a geologist for management-level positions to help propel our company to the next level. There will be equity option in the company after successfully completing one year in probation.
What We're Looking For Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering (ABET-accredited programs). Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in North Carolina or eligible for reciprocity through the NC Licensing Board. Minimum of 7+ years of experience in the U.S. on public sector projects, particularly in transportation and building sectors valued at $10M or more.
Technical Expertise :
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Suite, Cost Estimation tools, Geotechnical & Construction Engineering software, and other DOT-approved platforms.
Location :
The position is based in the vibrant Raleigh-Durham area. Part-time consultants can also work remotely from any of the 50 states in USA.
