Job Description

Job description: Seeking a Land Development Engineer (EIT or PE) to join the team and work on projects throughout New Jersey. The engineer will work on residential, commercial, and municipal land development projects. Responsibilities Prepare site plans and engineering designs Design grading, drainage, stormwater, and utility systems Prepare permit applications and construction documents Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and contractors Perform site visits and construction inspections Review plans and provide technical support Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field EIT or PE license preferred Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D preferred Knowledge of New Jersey land development and stormwater regulations Good communication and organizational skills

Salary:

Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.

Pay:

$85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
