Job Description

Under the supervision of the Project Manager, provides technical support to construction staff. Reviews plans and other technical documents, answers questions regarding the scope and/or timing of the project. Understands contract documents to help ensure compliance with drawings and contract specifications. Assists with procurement and vendor management. Supports the Project Manager in the supervision of the project as needed including the development of cost estimates or tentative schedules. B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in the construction industry required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Experience with CAD software a plus. Motivated, independent, and self-sufficient. Highly organized and detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to travel to jobsites and perform necessary manual tasks as required.
