Responsibilities:

Support and assist in managing construction projects, working closely with senior project managers.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure that all project activities are planned, coordinated, and executed efficiently.

Regularly assess project progress, keeping an eye on adherence to company standards and project goals.

Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring that project challenges and client instructions are well-documented and addressed.

Contribute to project financial management by tracking expenses, assisting with accurate billings, and implementing cost-saving strategies.

Participate in the procurement process by assisting in subcontract creation and fostering positive working relationships.

Coordinate project schedules and collaborate with Project Superintendents to ensure project execution aligns with timelines.

Assist in managing changes to project scope and maintain records of all project modifications.

Contribute to the successful closure of projects by ensuring financial settlements are transparent and liaising with finance departments for updates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively within a team.

Desire to grow and develop within the construction project management field.

Full-time position based at our Chagrin Falls, OH office.
