Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer Project Manager to oversee the conceptual planning and development of construction drawings for subdivisions. This role involves working closely with a dedicated developer to ensure project success from initial design through construction. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in civil infrastructure, stormwater management, and design engineering, with proficiency in CAD software and Civil 3D. This position requires excellent project management skills, client communication abilities, and experience in civil infrastructure projects. Responsibilities Lead the conceptual planning process for subdivision developments, ensuring alignment with project goals and regulatory standards. Develop detailed construction drawings and design documents using CAD software, including Civil 3D. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating schedules, resources, and deliverables to meet deadlines. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and incorporate feedback effectively. Oversee civil engineering aspects of stormwater management systems, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure all designs adhere to local codes, standards, and best practices in civil infrastructure development. Review and approve technical documents, calculations, and drawings to maintain quality standards. Monitor project progress and troubleshoot issues that arise during design or construction phases. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; professional engineering license preferred. Proven experience in civil infrastructure projects, particularly in subdivision planning and development. Strong proficiency in CAD software and Civil 3D for designing civil infrastructure components. Demonstrated expertise in stormwater management systems design. Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively. Effective communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration. Knowledge of local building codes, environmental regulations, and industry standards related to civil engineering projects. Ability to work independently while managing project timelines and deliverables efficiently.

Pay:

$96,000.00 - $144,000.00 per year
