We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering/municipal engineering services with a P.E. License to join our municipal engineering team. LTL provides consulting engineering services to numerous municipalities in Berks, Chester and Montgomery Counties. Essential Duties Civil and site design (structural design a plus) Ability to manage municipal clients Attend municipal meetings Stormwater management and erosion and sediment control design Review of subdivision and land development plans Construction observation and inspection PaDEP and PennDOT permit application preparation MS4 permit implementation and management Municipal ordinance and planning document preparation Qualifications B.S. in Civil Engineering P.E. License Minimum of 5 years of experience in related fields Ability to effectively manage multiple projects Excellent communication skills Valid PA Drivers License with acceptable driving record Strong emphasis is placed on the ability to effectively communicate technical information, orally and in writing, in a professional manner to contractors, developers, property owners, employees, consultants, other governmental agency representatives, municipal officials and the general public.
