Start Date:
September 28th, 2026 Role Overview Seeking an experienced Civil Field Engineer to provide technical support and oversight for civil construction activities on a large-scale power generation project. This role will serve as the technical liaison between site construction teams and engineering, ensuring civil works are executed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities Respond to technical queries related to civil drawings, specifications, and design requirements. Provide field level technical guidance for equipment foundations and embedment. Review and comment on inspection and test plans, method statements, and quality procedures. Witness and document inspection hold points. Identify deviations and issue quality reports as required. Support implementation of engineering changes in the field. Verify as built documentation and turnover processes. Monitor compliance with project EHS standards and stop work when necessary. Qualifications Strong background in civil construction within industrial or power generation projects. Minimum 10 years of relevant field engineering experience. Experience interpreting civil drawings, specifications, and quality documentation. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
Civil engineering education or equivalent heavy industrial experience.
