This local self-performing contractor, which specializes in constructing Water Treatment and Wastewater Treatment Plants ( WTP / WWTP ) and some Heavy Civil construction, is offering a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager or up-and-coming Project Engineer in Knoxville! The minimum qualifications for this position are 5+ years of experience as a Project Engineer/Project Manager in the WTP/WWTP or Heavy Civil construction industry and familiarity with backfill, yard piping, inside mechanical, concrete structures, or process piping.

Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure compliance with civil and mechanical engineering standards. Manage project budgets and estimates, utilizing tools like ProCore and HeavyBid. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Facilitate communication among stakeholders to align project goals and timelines.

Required Experience/Skills/Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management preferred 5+ years of WTP/WWTP or Heavy Civil Construction experience with a self-performing contractor required Expertise in
