Civil Group Manager, Multidisciplinary Engineering Firm Kennewick, WA | Full-time | $100,000 to $130,000 a year We're hiring a PE-licensed Civil Group Manager to lead the civil engineering department of an established Tri-Cities engineering firm. Must-Haves PE license and Civil Engineering degree 10+ years of civil engineering 8+ years as a Project Manager or leader Team leadership and mentoring QA and code compliance expertise What You'll Do Manage the civil engineering group Oversee civil design quality and code compliance Schedule staff and plan resources Conduct performance reviews and coach staff Support business development Nice-to-Haves Federal, commercial, or industrial civil projects Compensation and Benefits $100,000 to $130,000 a year Medical, dental, vision, LTD, and life 401(k) match 11 paid holidays plus vacation and sick time Relocation assistance available About the Company A 50-person multidisciplinary engineering firm with 30+ years in the Pacific Northwest.
