You'll collaborate with architects and project managers on large-scale residential projects, translating design concepts into detailed, accurate, and code-compliant drawings.

Responsibilities:

Create detailed architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and construction details Draft and revise construction documents based on redlines and design changes Develop and maintain drawings in Revit and AutoCAD Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure coordinated drawing sets Maintain drawing accuracy and consistency throughout all project phases Follow applicable building codes, standards, and firm drafting practices Organize and manage CAD/Revit files and project documentation

Qualifications:

Minimum Associate's degree in Architectural Drafting, Architectural Technology, or a related field 2+ years of professional drafting experience in an architectural firm; multi-family experience preferred Professional experience using Revit is required Proficiency in AutoCAD is required Strong understanding of architectural drafting and construction documents Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Excellent organizational and communication skills
