We are seeking a motivated, experienced Civil Engineer to join our Palo Alto office. This position offers a fantastic opportunity gain hands-on experience in civil design working on Land Development and Infill Projects. About the Position Hohbach-Lewin, Inc. is a leading west coast based, 65-person consulting structural and civil engineering firm with offices in Palo Alto, San Francisco, South Pasadena and Eugene, Oregon. We are seeking a Design Engineer / Project Engineer for our South Pasadena office with experience in the analysis and design of steel, masonry, concrete, and/or wood buildings. Responsibilities include:

Preparation of small to medium sized construction document packages, including: plans, calculations and specifications. Preparation of calculations packages for larger projects to support construction plans and details. Responding to contractor RFI's and submittals and performing job site visits during construction. Position Requirements BS / MS in structural engineering, or civil engineering with a structural emphasis Four plus years of experience and a California EIT license.
