•Please provided A portfolio demonstrating your use of Revit to produce architectural and construction documentation. Responsibilities Liaise with architects and engineers to gather product and structural requirements and design. Preparing architectural and construction documents for commercial and residential projects. Create detailed designs in 3D and 2D with Revit software. Design diagrams and details Draft Cover Sheets, Proposal Plans/Elevations, Foundation Plans, Structural Plans, MEP Plans, Roof Structure Plans, and others. Prepare and review rough sketches and review them along with the engineering team Identify potential operational issues and redesign products to improve functionality (addressing deficiencies stated from county) Ensure final designs comply with our quality standards and the Florida Building Code from counties or cities. Keep communication with counties and cities to resolve any deficiencies on the projects. Skills A dedication to integrity 5+ years of work experience as a Drafter or similar role (Required) Produce construction documents Background working with Florida building codes Hands-on experience with Revit (Required) Rendering experience is a plus: Lumion, V-Ray, Maxwell, Twin motion. Familiarity with 3D modeling tools preferred Excellent math skills Ability to meet deadlines, work independently and with a team. Detail-oriented, professional attitude, good communication, team player, self-starter.
