We are seeking a Civil Design Engineer to join a growing engineering team. This role will be responsible for designing and developing residential community projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D , including site layout, grading, drainage, utility design, and roadway improvements.

Responsibilities:

Prepare civil engineering plans and construction documents for residential developments. Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to perform site design Coordinate with project managers, developers, surveyors, and regulatory agencies. Assist with permitting, zoning, and municipal approval processes. Review project specifications and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Support projects from concept through construction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D for land development projects. Knowledge of residential site development, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway design. Understanding of local permitting and development regulations.
