Pay:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Drafter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in architectural drafting and design, utilizing various software tools to create precise and innovative designs. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical skills, as you will be responsible for producing detailed drawings and schematics that meet project specifications and client needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop detailed architectural drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit Create 3D renderings using Revit Collaborate with architects and engineers to translate concepts into technical drawings. Prepare construction documents, including schematics and specifications for building projects. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout the drafting process. Revise designs based on feedback from project stakeholders while maintaining project timelines. Assist in the preparation of presentations and graphic design materials for client meetings. Conduct site visits to gather information necessary for drafting accurate plans.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proficiency in CAD software including

AutoCAD, Revit Revit:

5 years (Required) Experience in drafting for construction projects with a strong understanding of architectural principles. Background in graphic design or interior design is a plus. Knowledge of mechanical design principles is beneficial. Ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
