Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in various phases of architectural projects, focusing on Design Development and Construction Documentation. Must have 5+ year of professional experience and a professional degree in Architecture. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development in a collaborative environment, where creativity and innovation are encouraged. Our projects range from full custom, high-end residential to speculative multi-home communities, to civic and faith based affordable housing, to small civic work including theaters and arts centers. Responsibilities Collaborate with Principal Architect and junior architects on design concepts and project development. Assist in modeling architectural plans using Revit. Participate in project scheduling and management to ensure timely completion of tasks. Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam, InDesign, Revit and Lumion for design visualization. Engage in business development activities to support the growth of the firm. Manage relationships with clients and contractors. Support new construction, both custom and spec, renovation and interior architecture projects by providing creative solutions and technical expertise. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Professional degree in Architecture (5-Year or Masters). Proficiency in architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp. Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices. Familiarity with project management techniques and tools. Excellent drafting skills with attention to detail. Experience with Residential Architecture, Multi-family and/or Civic Architecture. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities effectively. Strong communication skills for client interaction and community presentations.
