Bonin Architects & Associates is an award-winning, growing architecture firm with offices in New London and Meredith, New Hampshire, and Woodstock, Vermont. We are currently seeking a full-time Architectural Designer/Drafter to join our team in New London, NH. This position is a great fit for someone with a professional degree in architecture, design, or a related field with an interest or background in residential architecture and construction. Candidates with 4+ years of relevant professional experience will also be considered. Strong proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office is required. Experience with Twinmotion is preferred but not required. Candidates should have the ability to interpret sketches, drawings, and technical information and translate them into well-developed, practical, and buildable designs. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage responsibilities independently while also collaborating effectively with architects, project managers, designers, and other members of our team. Primary responsibilities include architectural design, drafting, 3D modeling, and rendering for custom residential and select commercial projects. Work will be completed under the direction of the Principal Architect, Project Managers, and senior team members. Additional responsibilities may include attending client and site meetings, sourcing materials and products, preparing field reports and project correspondence, tracking project time, and assisting with other project and office needs. This position offers the opportunity to grow within the firm, including a potential path toward Project Management.
