This is an opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects-not the same building type over and over-including: New construction Historic rehabilitation and adaptive reuse Commercial office and mixed-use developments Hospitality projects Tenant improvements and renovations Unlike a traditional architecture firm, you'll work directly for the owner and developer, collaborating with our Development, Construction, Leasing, and Property Management teams throughout every phase of a project-from early planning and design through construction and occupancy. What You'll Do Develop architectural concepts and design solutions for new construction, renovations, adaptive reuse, and tenant improvement projects. Prepare construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and specifications. Create 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials to support project planning and presentations. Coordinate with consulting engineers, contractors, code officials, and other project stakeholders throughout design and construction. Collaborate closely with our Development, Construction, Leasing, and Property Management teams to deliver successful projects. Conduct site visits during design and construction to review existing conditions, monitor progress, and resolve field issues. Support permitting, code review, construction administration, RFIs, and submittals. Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, accuracy, and project schedules. Qualifications Required Bachelor's Degree in Architecture 3-7 years of architectural design experience Proficiency in Revit Working knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and applicable building codes Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills Excellent organizational and project management skills Valid driver's license with the ability to travel locally to project sites Preferred Master's Degree in Architecture Experience with commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, or adaptive reuse projects Experience managing projects from schematic design through construction administration Architectural licensure is welcomed but not required. Candidates actively pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply.
