Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Revit design / Fabrication Draftsman to join our growing team. In this role, you will create detailed models and fabrication drawings that support the design, coordination, and installation of HVAC systems on a variety of commercial and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and construction documentation, along with a strong understanding of drafting principles and mechanical systems. Key Responsibilities Develop accurate models and fabrication drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, and other CAD platforms. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and field personnel to interpret mechanical designs, schematics, and construction documents. Utilize Navisworks and other coordination software to support project visualization and clash detection. Generate detailed 2D and 3D drawings for fabrication and installation. Review models and drawings for accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project requirements. Prepare construction documentation, including layouts, sections, and detailed drawings. Participate in project coordination meetings and provide technical input regarding fabrication and installation processes. Ensure all drawings meet industry standards, project specifications, and client expectations. Qualifications Experience with Revit and AutoCAD in a MEP, or construction-related environment. Strong drafting skills, including technical drawings, schematics, and 2D/3D modeling. Familiarity with CAD/Revit standards, building codes, and industry best practices. Ability to accurately interpret mechanical schematics and construction documents. Experience with Navisworks or similar 3D coordination software preferred. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
