Help Homeowners Create Spaces That Feel Like Home Wreedone is growing, and we're looking for a Part-Time Residential Designer who enjoys turning ideas into thoughtful, beautiful, and functional spaces. We work with homeowners throughout the Denton area and surrounding communities, helping them move from the first conversation through thoughtful planning, design, and construction. We're looking for someone who is confident using Chief Architect and/or Home Designer, has a strong eye for residential design, and enjoys working collaboratively with both clients and our team. What You'll Do Manage approximately 3-4 residential projects at a time Create and develop residential designs using Chief Architect and/or Home Designer Develop accurate floor plans and detailed 3D renderings Help homeowners turn their ideas and needs into practical design solutions Participate in in-home client meetings and walkthroughs Attend team meetings and collaborate with the Wreedone team on active projects Collaborate with project management and estimating teams Help with selections, materials, finishes, and design details Make thoughtful revisions based on client feedback Keep project information organized and accurate throughout the design process What We're Looking For Interested in a part-time residential design role Strong proficiency in Chief Architect and/or Home Designer Experience in residential design and remodeling A strong eye for space planning, materials, and finishes Ability to create clean, detailed floor plans and 3D renderings Comfortable communicating directly with homeowners Comfortable attending in-person client meetings and team meetings Strong attention to detail and follow-through Collaborative, positive, and professional approach Located in or near the Denton area Where We Work Our projects are primarily located in: Denton Argyle Corinth Lantana Northlake Trophy Club Why Wreedone?
