IIvory Homes, Utah's Number One Homebuilder, is seeking an experienced Architectural Design Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for modeling, designing, and drafting single-family homes, including preparing construction drawings and coordinating city reviews and permitting. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Revit and AutoCAD , including developing plans and participating in pre-construction meetings. Experience working directly with homebuyers and clients throughout the home design process is also required. Knowledge of rendering and other architectural design software is a plus.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience with a homebuilder or home design firm Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Experience completing construction drawings and working through city reviews and permitting Experience working directly with homebuyers and clients Ability to participate in pre-construction meetings Rendering and additional architectural software experience is a plus With 50+ current communities across Utah , along with an impressive lot and land inventory and many new communities coming online, Ivory Homes continues to grow while remaining committed to building quality homes throughout Utah. This is a salaried, on-site position based in Ivory Homes' Murray office and includes a competitive benefits package. Salary will be based on experience and fit for the position.
