Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Architect / Architectural Designer to join our vibrant design team. Duties Develop comprehensive architectural designs utilizing CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, and 3D modeling tools like Rhino 3D, Grasshopper 3D, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and BIM platforms to create detailed construction drawings and models. Prepare accurate construction documentation including detailed construction drawings, construction detail documentation, and building information modeling (BIM) models to facilitate smooth project execution. Conduct building code analysis and ensure all designs comply with local building regulations, accessibility standards, and sustainability guidelines. Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and negotiate contracts effectively. Utilize rendering tools and graphic design software within Adobe Creative Suite to produce compelling visualizations, renderings, and presentation materials for client approval. Assist in project management tasks such as project scheduling, budgeting, construction estimating, and tracking project milestones to ensure timely delivery. Support business development efforts by preparing proposals, presentations, and engaging in client meetings to foster new opportunities. Requirements Proven experience in architectural design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in construction drawings, 3D modeling for architectural projects, and sustainable design practices. Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit (Building Information Modeling tools), ArchiCAD; experience with NavisWorks for project coordination is highly desirable. Skilled in rendering software such as 3ds Max or Rhino 3D along with graphic design tools within Adobe Creative Suite for visual presentations. Knowledge of construction accessibility regulations, building code compliance standards, renovation processes, interior design principles, and construction regulatory compliance. Strong understanding of project scheduling techniques along with experience in construction estimating and budgeting processes. Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication abilities for client interactions and team collaboration. Construction experience is essential; familiarity with construction management practices including contracts management is preferred. Ability to produce precise construction detail documentation while adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Pay:

$60,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
