This position troubleshoots equipment failures, completes repairs, and performs preventive maintenance to keep production running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair production equipment, including robotic systems, PLC-controlled machinery, electrical controls, and mechanical components. Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems and replace defective equipment parts. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to improve equipment reliability. Read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment documentation to identify faults and complete repairs. Inspect and maintain machine safety devices, including light curtains, safety gates, and barriers. Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and improvements. Document repairs and maintenance activities and help identify the causes of recurring breakdowns. Follow lockout/tagout procedures, plant safety requirements, and housekeeping standards. Qualifications Industrial maintenance experience with electrical, mechanical, robotics, or controls systems. Ability to troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and automated machinery. Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical troubleshooting. Ability to interpret schematics and use electrical testing and diagnostic equipment. Familiarity with rigging and material-handling equipment. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to work extended hours as production needs require. EVE1
