Position:

We are looking for a Licensed Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician to join our growing aesthetic team! The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, confident providing advanced aesthetic treatments, and enjoys creating a welcoming experience for every client. This position is perfect for someone who is both technically skilled and comfortable with sales and client education. Our ideal candidate takes pride in delivering excellent results while helping clients understand and choose treatments and products that support their skincare goals.

Responsibilities :

Perform professional aesthetic and skincare treatments Provide laser treatments within the scope of certification and licensure Perform microneedling treatments Perform HydraFacials and other advanced facial treatments Provide waxing services Conduct thorough client consultations and skin assessments Educate clients on recommended treatments, skincare routines, and products Build strong, long-term relationships with clients Confidently recommend services, packages, memberships, and retail products Meet individual and team sales goals Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes Follow all safety, sanitation, and treatment protocols Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment Stay current on skincare trends, products, treatments, and industry best practices Provide exceptional customer service from consultation through follow-up

Qualifications:

Current Aesthetician/Esthetician license Certified Laser Technician Experience performing laser treatments Experience with microneedling Experience performing HydraFacials Waxing experience Previous experience in a med spa, aesthetics, dermatology, or similar environment preferred Comfortable discussing treatment options and making recommendations Comfortable with sales and meeting sales goals Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently while also being a team player Passion for skincare, aesthetics, and helping clients feel confident

Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
