Walk me through a time when a body shop GM, lead estimator, or insurance adjuster pushed back on the necessity, cost, or cycle time of an ADAS calibration. How did you use your technical understanding of OEM procedures (static vs. dynamic, target geometry, pre/post-scans) to resolve the issue, ensure the invoice was approved in CCC ONE/Mitchell, and protect the B2B relationship? 2. Mobile ADAS technicians operate semi-independently in third-party environments where floor slope, lighting, or poor communication can lead to missed targets or aborted calibrations. How have you recruited, trained, and held field technicians accountable for hitting daily capacity (3-4 calibrations/day) while ensuring zero documentation errors on scan completion certificates? 3. If we handed you an underperforming territory or a new van route today, what is your 30-60-90 day playbook to map out the market, convert collision and glass shops away from dealership tow-outs or competitor fleets, and scale monthly billable calibrations to full capacity?
