Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot/Repair Copiers/Printers
- Execute sensitive data backup and restoration procedures
- Install and maintain equipment
- Provide customer support both in the field and on the phone.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Electronics
- Strong Mechanical Aptitude
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong customer service skills
- Clean DMV record
- Own reliable vehicle (we pay mileage)
Benefit Conditions:
