Responsibilities Perform hardware diagnostics and repairs on smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other consumer electronics using hand tools and specialized equipment Troubleshoot software issues across various operating systems including Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows Conduct hardware maintenance such as soldering, component replacement, and circuit board repairs for mobile devices and desktop computers Assist customers with technical troubleshooting support for smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktops, gaming consoles and other mobile devices Use analysis skills to identify root causes of hardware or software malfunctions and implement effective solutions Maintain detailed repair records and ensure quality control standards are met during each service Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience in mobile phone repair, hardware diagnostics, and consumer electronics troubleshooting Familiarity with operating systems such as Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows Skilled in using hand tools, soldering equipment, and diagnostic tools for electronic repairs Strong understanding of computer hardware components including laptops, desktops, printers, and copiers Excellent analysis skills combined with technical troubleshooting support abilities Ability to perform electrical soldering and equipment repair with precision and safety awareness Prior experience in IT support or technical support roles is highly desirable Join our team to become a vital part of a company committed to technological excellence!
