09/28/2026 Job Description Job Description Job Summary The Production Test Technician is responsible for testing and validating the performance, safety, capacity, compliance, and functionality of manufactured skids, cartridges, oil reservoirs, and electrical control boxes . The technician will perform hands-on testing, troubleshoot components, document test results, and provide accurate data to the Engineering, Project, Production, and Quality teams before products are commissioned for customers. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Test manufactured products for safety, capacity, compliance, and performance . Examine and investigate specific components and systems to identify issues or defects. Perform testing according to established procedures and under the guidance of the Quality team . Collect, record, and compile accurate testing data for Engineering, Project, Production, and Quality teams . Maintain hydrotest logs and Safe Work Permits when performing hydrostatic testing. Follow all applicable safety procedures, quality standards, and OSHA requirements . Maintain a clean, organized work area using 5S and good housekeeping practices . Maintain testing equipment, tools, and tooling in good working condition. Perform basic troubleshooting and assist with identifying equipment or product issues. Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED required . Associate's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field preferred . HAZWOPER or OSHA certifications are a strong plus. Experience with high-pressure or high-voltage systems is preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on mindset. Good communication and documentation skills. Comfortable working around high-pressure equipment and electrical systems . Ability to lift and operate heavy equipment/machinery safely. Forklift experience is a plus. Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Basic computer skills, including email, data entry, and completing forms . Ability to follow safety procedures, testing protocols, and quality requirements. Ability to work effectively with Engineering, Production, Project, and Quality teams.
