Responsibilities Diagnose and repair pressure washers, small engines, and related equipment using schematics and technical manuals Perform routine maintenance on equipment including cleaning, lubrication, and part replacements to prevent future failures Troubleshoot electrical systems, power generation units, and mechanical components to identify issues quickly and accurately Utilize hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and other specialized instruments to complete repairs efficiently Conduct heavy lifting and manual handling of equipment parts safely while adhering to safety protocols Maintain detailed service records, repair logs, and inventory of parts used during repairs Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs and uphold high standards of customer service

Field Service:

Provide professional, friendly customer service on-site at client locations Skills Proven dealership experience or service technician background with small engines or heavy machinery preferred Strong mechanical knowledge across various systems including , Plumbing/Hydraulics, electrical diagnostics, and mechanical systems repair Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams for accurate troubleshooting Experience with automotive repair techniques applicable to equipment maintenance and repair Skilled in electrical work such as wiring, soldering, circuit testing, and electrical diagnostics Familiarity with power generation systems like generators and their repair processes Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, soldering irons, and other equipment repair instruments Knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices applicable to machinery used in industrial or construction settings Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper manual handling techniques Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving in technical environments Join us if you're passionate about machinery repair and eager to make a difference through your technical expertise!
