Registered Nurse - Laser Treatments (Independent Contractor Position) Part-Time | Tuesdays & Thursdays | $39/hour starting pay + Commission Eligibility About the Position We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our med spa team as a Laser Treatment Nurse . This is a great opportunity for an RN who is interested in entering the aesthetics and medical spa industry. Previous laser or aesthetic experience is not required. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training to the right candidate. Our practice utilizes the Nordlys™ by Candela laser platform, and you will receive training on our equipment, treatment protocols, patient care standards, and safety procedures.

Schedule & Compensation Part-time:

Tuesdays and Thursdays Starting pay: $39/hour Commission eligibility: After successfully completing 90 days On-the-job training provided for candidates without previous laser or aesthetic experience Responsibilities Perform laser treatments in accordance with established protocols and safety standards Conduct patient consultations and assess treatment needs Educate patients on treatment expectations, preparation, aftercare, and recommended treatment plans Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation Follow all clinical, sanitation, and safety protocols Provide a professional, comfortable, and positive patient experience Properly operate and care for laser equipment after completing training Communicate effectively with patients and the med spa team Maintain a high standard of professionalism, attention to detail, and patient care

Qualifications Required:

Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license Experienced RN with a strong clinical background Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Comfortable working directly with patients Willingness and ability to learn laser treatments and aesthetic procedures Commitment to patient safety and quality care

Not Required:

Previous laser experience Previous medical aesthetics experience Previous med spa experience We are more interested in finding an experienced RN with the right attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn than someone who already has aesthetic experience.
