Calibration Technician
Job Description
On-site and in house calibration and repair of industrial, laboratory, commercial, and medical weighing equipment and related products. Duties include providing on-site and in-house testing, calibration, and repair of customer-owned equipment, installing and calibrating new equipment, and performing other job functions related to our products and services. A good driving record and the ability to pass a background check are required. The candidate must also be reliable, motivated, and have good time management skills. We are looking for someone kind and personable with good communication and customer service skills who can professionally represent the company when dealing with customers. The ability to operate a PC, navigate a Windows environment and be comfortable with the internet, email, and Microsoft Office programs is important. Bilingual a plus but not required. Must be able to lift upto 50 lbs throughout the day, plus the ability to work on your own or in a group. Training is provided, but candidates should already be comfortable with computers. Hours are from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. There will be light overtime and may be rare travel.
