NOW HIRING - REPAIR ASSOCIATE
Location:
Stockton, CA
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
Pay:
$18 per hour

Balance Staffing is seeking a hands-on Repair Associate to repair and refurbish electronic speakers. If you enjoy working with tools and fixing things, this could be a great opportunity for you!
Job Duties:
Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and test returned speakers.
Disassemble, refurbish, and reassemble products.
Use hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and testing equipment.
Document repairs using a computer.
Assist with warehouse tasks, including unloading containers, packing, staging, and moving products.
Lift and handle products weighing up to 70 pounds.
Perform general cleaning for approximately one hour, twice per week.
Requirements:
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools.
- Basic computer skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to meet daily production goals.
- Ability to lift and handle products weighing up to 70 pounds.
- Electronics repair experience is preferred but not required.
- Soldering or electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus.
