Overview We are seeking a motivated Golf Club Repair Assistance team member to join our dynamic team. This paid position offers an exciting chance to work closely with golf equipment, develop technical skills, and contribute to delivering exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities Assist with the repair and maintenance of golf clubs, including cleaning, re-gripping, shaft replacement, and club adjustments Support senior technicians in diagnosing issues with golf club components using electrical diagnostics and mechanical knowledge Interpret technical drawings and schematics to ensure accurate repairs Use tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot electrical problems in golf club machinery Maintain a clean and organized repair workspace, adhering to safety standards for heavy equipment mechanics Follow detailed repair procedures and quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and learn new techniques Experience Prior experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) in a mechanical or electrical setting is preferred Knowledge of electrical diagnostics, schematics, and interpreting technical drawings is highly desirable Familiarity with heavy equipment mechanics or related technical fields will be advantageous Technical proficiency with tools such as ohmmeters and experience troubleshooting electrical systems in machinery or sporting equipment Strong mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to read schematics and technical instructions Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to accurately diagnose issues and perform repairs effectively Join us at Golfio where your passion for golf meets a vibrant career opportunity!
