As a Flat Table Laser Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:

5 x 8-hour shifts/week (Monday-Friday), with 4 hours of overtime on Saturday What's the Job? Set up, operate, and monitor the Amada Flat Table Laser to cut sheet aluminum for a dedicated production line. Learn and execute machine start-up procedures, cutting programs, and process steps for assigned parts, ensuring consistency and quality. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications related to production parts. Conduct quality control checks using precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances. Maintain accurate documentation of machine settings, production logs, and inspection reports to ensure traceability and accountability. What's Needed? Experience with CNC equipment operation, particularly flat table laser machines, or a strong willingness to learn. Basic understanding of blueprint reading and measurement tools such as calipers. Ability to interpret technical drawings and perform basic math calculations for measurements. Willingness to follow safety procedures, including forklift operation and use of hand tools.
