U.S. Citizenship Required Job Summary Perform hands-on testing, troubleshooting, and fault isolation of advanced electronics assemblies used in space and defense applications. Responsibilities include development testing, system integration, formal acceptance testing, and environmental testing. Key Responsibilities Perform dynamic, thermal, functional, and environmental testing of electronic assemblies. Set up, program, and operate specialized test equipment to acceptance test procedures. Troubleshoot technical issues using schematics, test procedures, and general-purpose test equipment. Handle delicate circuit card assemblies and testing fixtures. Maintain accurate test logs, technical documentation, and shift handover reports. Follow safety, cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and quality procedures. Collaborate with engineers and technicians to support testing and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications Associate degree, technical degree, or equivalent military training/experience. Minimum of 4 years of experience in an electronics discipline. Experience with general-purpose test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, function generators, power supplies, digital multimeters (DMMs), and logic analyzers. Ability to read schematics, follow detailed procedures, troubleshoot issues, and prepare technical documentation. Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work weekends, overtime, alternate workweeks, and temporary 1st-shift training as business needs require. Preferred Qualifications Prior U.S. military service (USAF/USN). Experience with guidance and navigation electronics systems.
