In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of electronic equipment and systems. Responsibilities Utilize diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, voltmeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters to identify electrical faults and system issues. Perform electrical diagnostics on electrical systems, electronic equipment, and computer hardware to determine root causes of malfunctions. Conduct field service visits to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electronic systems at various locations. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and engineering troubleshooting documents to guide repairs and installations. Repair electrical equipment by replacing faulty components, soldering electronic parts, and reassembling devices following safety standards. Test electronic systems using specialized equipment to ensure proper operation before deployment or after repairs. Provide excellent customer service by communicating technical information clearly and resolving issues efficiently during service calls. Requirements Two years proven experience as a service technician or electronics technician with hands-on repair experience in electronic systems. Strong knowledge of electronic/electrical troubleshooting techniques for both Analog and Digital circuits. Proficiency in reading electronic schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams. Skilled in the use of hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, tweezers, soldering and micro-soldering process (IPC

J-STD-001

Certification is a plus), and crimpers. Familiarity with electronic testing instruments including oscilloscopes, voltmeters, ohmmeters, and schematics interpretation tools. Ability to perform maintenance on complex electronic equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Experience with computer networking hardware and troubleshooting is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong customer service orientation. Ability to work independently in the field or within a team environment across multiple locations when required.
