We are looking for a tech-savvy, energetic, customer-focused person to join our fast-paced eCommerce team. This is a sales-focused position involving buying, selling, trading, and testing a wide range of consumer electronics, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, gaming systems, and video games. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and build strong relationships. Buy, sell, and trade electronics while closing multiple sales throughout the day. Test and evaluate devices and determine their value using company software and other resources. Negotiate cash and trade offers professionally. Assist customers with purchasing pre-owned electronics and warranties. Enter accurate inventory and transaction information into the POS system. Stay current on electronics, products, features, and market trends. Requirements 5+ years of electronics experience or exceptional knowledge of consumer electronics. 2+ years of sales experience. 2+ years of eBay selling experience. Ability to type 70+ WPM accurately . Strong knowledge of smartphones, tablets, laptops, gaming systems, Windows, and macOS. Ability to quickly test and evaluate electronics while assisting customers. Excellent communication, sales, negotiation, and customer-service skills. Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and attitude. Bilingual Spanish is a major plus. Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Compensation & Schedule $15-$18/hour , with overtime after 40 hours. Paid major holidays off. Typical hours:

10 AM-6 PM Monday-Friday and 11 AM-3 PM Saturday . Opportunities for advancement to Senior Buyer/Seller, Key Holder, or Store Manager .
