You will leverage your expertise in automation and power systems to minimize downtime and drive operational efficiency across our facility. Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve issues with PLC/HMI systems to optimize production metrics and equipment uptime. Perform comprehensive electrical repairs and preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery to ensure adherence to OEM specifications. Manage the upkeep of facility electrical assets, ensuring all systems operate safely and efficiently. Document all maintenance activities and electrical interventions within our CMMS to maintain accurate service history. Collaborate closely with production teams and supervisors to communicate equipment status and technical requirements. Maintain a high standard of workplace safety and organization, proactively identifying and mitigating potential hazards. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in an industrial or manufacturing electrical role. Proven proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and PLC ladder logic. Strong background in electrical troubleshooting, including VFDs, servo motors, and conveyor systems. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency, and communicate effectively in a professional environment. High school diploma or GED. Preferred Skills Technical certification or degree in electronics, electro-mechanical engineering, or a related field. Direct experience with Allen Bradley or Siemens PLC platforms. Prior experience utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for work order tracking. Working knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical troubleshooting.
