Responsibilities Diagnose complex issues in high-end residential appliances using schematics, electrical diagrams, and troubleshooting techniques. Perform repairs on a variety of appliances including refrigeration units, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers. Install new appliances accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper connection of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical components. Utilize hand tools, power tools, ladders, and equipment repair techniques to complete service tasks safely and effectively. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems within appliances. Communicate clearly with customers about repair processes, timelines, and maintenance tips to enhance their experience. Maintain a company vehicle and ensure all tools and parts are organized for efficient daily operations. Qualifications Proven experience in appliance repair with a focus on high-end residential systems. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience including wiring, schematics interpretation, and equipment troubleshooting. Familiarity with refrigeration systems, plumbing connections, electrical work, and assembly of appliances. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other maintenance equipment. Ability to read technical diagrams such as schematics and ladder logic diagrams for troubleshooting purposes. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients. Experience operating company vehicles safely within field service environments. Knowledge of MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) practices for appliance care and upkeep.
