Shifts & Schedule Details Shift :

1st Shift Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

Hours :

40 hours a week minimum, 10-hour days.

Full-Time Potential :

Full-time positions may become available based on good attendance and a solid, safe work ethic during the first 90-120 days.

Core Responsibilities Heavy Housekeeping :

Perform continuous, rigorous manual cleanup duties including heavy sweeping, shoveling mulch/soil, and manual lifting to keep the production area safe and clear.

Line Operation :

Oversee and run a fully automated packaging line efficiently.

Quality Control & Troubleshooting :

Perform strict quality checks on products, run basic troubleshooting, and handle minor programming or electronics adjustments.

Digital Logging :

Utilize a company tablet to accurately track, document, and log daily production data, quality reports, and digital paperwork.

Material Handling :

Safely operate a forklift when needed and assist with moving heavy materials.

Job Requirements & Working Conditions High Physical Demands :

This is a physically challenging, labor-intensive role. It requires continuous heavy lifting, bending, kneeling, standing, and manual shoveling throughout the entire 10-hour shift. Candidates must be fully capable of handling rigorous physical labor daily.

Outdoor Environment :

All positions are entirely outdoors in all year-round weather conditions. Workers must provide their own clothing to layer up and down as needed. The facility is located on river bottom ground and handles soil and mulch packaging, so expect muddy, highly dusty, freezing ice, and snow conditions.

Tech-Savvy Skillset :

Must be comfortable operating digital devices (tablets/software) to log administrative data, track production metrics, and view paperwork.

PPE Requirements :

This is a Safety First Always atmosphere. Workers must wear and supply their own safety-toe boots. Hard hats, reflective vests, foam-lined safety glasses, gloves, and other required PPE will be supplied by the facility.

Tobacco-Free Facility :

This is a strictly tobacco-free facility. No smoking, no e-cigarettes, no vaping, no matches, no open flames, or ignition sources are allowed on site. No exceptions.

Break Structure :

Workers have a mandatory 30-minute scheduled, off-the-clock lunch break in the middle of their shift. An on-site break room with microwaves and refrigerators is provided.

Screenings :
