Enter warranty findings and resolutions into the CAPA database for Tech Services. May assist in truck programming; training will be provided as needed. Organize work to ensure installations are completed efficiently and on time. Maintain proper inventory and supply levels to support installation efficiency. Follow all safety standards and perform preventative maintenance to reduce repair costs. Communicate effectively with customers during service visits to understand and resolve issues. Maintain a clean, orderly, and professional work area and appearance. Demonstrate courtesy, discretion, and sound judgment in public-facing interactions.
