Job Description

Position Overview:
We're looking for a hands-on Robotics Deployment Engineer to set up, test, and maintain automation equipment on-site. This role involves both hardware and software work — perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands and solving technical problems in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
Deploy robots and automation equipment at factory sites Troubleshoot hardware and software issues Monitor and maintain the robotic management system Work with HQ technical team on system updates and debugging Generate basic system reports and perform simple data analysis Write automation scripts to improve workflows Escalate complex issues and collaborate on solutions Perform system maintenance during off-hours when needed (occasional night shifts)
What We're Looking For:
Chinese language proficiency (required) Background in mechanical, electrical, or related field preferred Comfortable using powered tools Some relevant experience is a plus — recent grads and early-career candidates are welcome too Basic understanding of software operations and maintenance Familiar with data analysis and reporting tools Python scripting is a bonus, not required Good communication and problem-solving skills Able to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
Compensation & Benefits:
$6,000-$8,000 per month (based on experience) Comprehensive training provided Hands-on experience with cutting-edge automation tech Supportive team with room to grow
Pay:
$5,500.00 - $8,000.00 per month
