Job Description

Job Description Experienced Automation Engineer responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining molding and assembly automation systems in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Diagnose and resolve issues involving robots, conveyors, sensors, vision systems, and auxiliary equipment. Perform scheduled and corrective maintenance while troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Support robotic programming, optimization, process support, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain equipment reliability and compliance with applicable ISO, FDA, and GMP standards. Key Skills PLC Equipment troubleshooting Electrical and pneumatic systems Mechanical systems Robotic programming and optimization Corrective maintenance Preventive/scheduled maintenance Process support Automation equipment Sensors and actuators Conveyors Vision systems Molding and assembly automation Standards and compliance Required Qualifications 5 7 years of experience in automation engineering. Experience troubleshooting molding or assembly automation systems. Experience with electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Experience performing scheduled and corrective maintenance on automation equipment. Experience with robotic equipment and auxiliary devices. Additional Skills Replacing worn components and calibrating sensors and actuators. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Knowledge of applicable ISO, FDA, and GMP standards.
