What You'll Do Provide technical support to customers by phone in English Assist with payment device setup, configuration, and software downloads Perform hands-on repairs including soldering, part replacement, disassembly, and troubleshooting of payment terminals Work closely with the sales team to support timely order fulfillment Assist with special technical projects and initiatives with company leadership Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment What You'll Bring Strong multitasking and time-management skills Professional phone presence and clear written communication Ability to adapt to changing schedules and job responsibilities Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Fluency in English (verbal and written) Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Reliable attendance and punctuality Why Join Us?
