Full-Time This position is responsible for processing, testing, configuring, inspecting, cleaning, and preparing electronic devices and assemblies for finished goods. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable using computers, able to follow detailed instructions, and capable of working independently in a production environment. What You'll Do Set up and configure electronic devices and assemblies. Perform functional testing and identify equipment or device malfunctions. Disassemble, inspect, clean, and prepare finished devices. Enter test results, diagnostic information, and product specifications into computer systems. Use multiple computer applications and screens to complete processing steps. Perform secure data erasure using approved software and procedures. Protect confidential client information by ensuring data is completely removed from devices. Follow SOPs, written instructions, diagrams, and established procedures. Track inventory and maintain accurate processing records. Troubleshoot basic issues and report equipment problems when necessary. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and required PPE guidelines. Assist with continuous improvement and process efficiency. Work across different functional areas as needed to support business demands. Ability to work with multiple computer screens and applications. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Previous experience with electronics, computers, device testing, technical assembly, production, repair, warehouse operations, or similar work is a plus. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs. unassisted . Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, push, pull, and grasp throughout the workday. Ability to perform repetitive hand and finger movements. Ability to push/pull carts or palletized products. Ability to safely climb stairs where applicable. Depending on the facility, ability to work on a secure mezzanine up to 40 feet high. Work Environment This position may involve varying temperatures and noise levels, moving mechanical equipment, dust, and regular computer use. Required PPE must be worn as directed. Overtime may be required based on business needs.
