Multiple Job Summary We are seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join a growing manufacturing operation in Rushville, Indiana. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a strong multi-craft technician with both electrical and mechanical maintenance experience and the ability to work independently during off-shift operations. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, machinery, and supporting systems Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and assist with diagnostics Work safely with 480V industrial electrical systems Repair and maintain motors, drives, controls, conveyors, bearings, and gearboxes Analyze equipment failures and identify root causes to prevent recurring issues Complete maintenance documentation and work orders accurately Partner with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance Follow all plant safety procedures and maintenance best practices Qualifications Required Experience Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment Working knowledge of 480V industrial electrical systems Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics Ability to troubleshoot and repair motors, drives, controls, conveyors, bearings, and gearboxes Experience performing preventive and predictive maintenance Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Availability to work 2nd or 3rd shift Preferred Qualifications Multi-craft maintenance experience Technical degree, apprenticeship, or maintenance certification Advanced PLC troubleshooting and diagnostic experience
Ankush Pay:
$27.00 - $34.00 per hour
