Job Responsibilities:
Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance on plant instrumentation, controls, electrical, and mechanical systems, including scheduled shifts, weekends, and holidays. Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and calibrate PLC/DCS systems, electronic and pneumatic controls, analyzers, instrumentation, and process control equipment. Maintain and repair motors, generators, transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, MCCs, cabling, buswork, and battery systems on electrical systems up to 4,160 volts. Calibrate and tune boiler and turbine controls, valve actuators, transmitters, and plant instrumentation to support safe, reliable, and efficient plant operation. Maintain and troubleshoot CEMS (Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems) while ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal environmental requirements. Perform mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting on pumps, turbines, generators, fans, bearings, mechanical seals, couplings, valves, piping systems, HRSG equipment, and associated auxiliary systems. Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting complex plant equipment issues while following established safety practices, including LOTO, confined space, electrical safety, chemical handling, and rotating equipment procedures. Document maintenance activities, equipment history, calibration records, and deficiencies while working closely with Operations and Maintenance teams to maintain safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance. #ENG1
