Laser Technician - Tattoo Removal Clarity Tattoo Removal is looking for a personable, reliable, and motivated Part-Time Laser Technician to join our Davis Square practice in Somerville, MA. Clarity is a locally owned and growing laser tattoo removal practice specializing in complete tattoo removal, fading for cover-ups, and permanent makeup removal using the Candela PicoWay laser. This is a hands-on, client-facing position working approximately 20 to 25 hours per week . The ideal candidate has previous professional laser or aesthetics experience and is comfortable working one-on-one with clients and independently once fully trained. This position also has the potential to transition into a full-time role beginning in January 2027 as Clarity continues to grow. Responsibilities Perform laser tattoo removal treatments following established treatment and safety protocols Conduct client consultations and explain treatment expectations and aftercare Review treatment history and accurately document treatment settings and client progress Take standardized progress and before-and-after photographs Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, professional environment Schedule and reschedule client appointments using our practice management software Check clients in and out and process payments Answer occasional incoming phone calls and respond to basic client emails Maintain accurate client records Follow established laser safety and office protocols Qualifications Previous professional laser experience is highly preferred . Experience specifically with laser tattoo removal is a plus, but is not required for the right candidate.

Laser hair removal Medical aesthetics or med spa Dermatology or cosmetic practices Aesthetic offices or salons Other laser or energy-based aesthetic treatments The ideal candidate is: Personable, compassionate, and professional Comfortable working one-on-one with clients Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented A strong verbal and written communicator Comfortable using computers, tablets, scheduling software, and electronic client records Able to work independently and confidently once fully trained Available approximately 20 to 25 hours per week, including some Saturdays Interested in learning and growing with a small, expanding practice Training Provided Previous tattoo removal experience is not required. Clarity provides training on our tattoo removal protocols, Candela PicoWay technology, laser safety procedures, practice management systems, and client experience standards. Candidates with professional laser or aesthetics experience who are new to tattoo removal are encouraged to apply. Pay:
